01 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "567j" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 567j.org, its website, mobile site, and all associated services operated under the 567j brand.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 567j platform and is using the services in their personal capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 567j platform through which the Player accesses games, deposits funds, and places wagers.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's 567j wallet at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance standards.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority responsible for overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to the 567j platform is restricted under applicable law or 567j's internal compliance policies.
• "Force Majeure" refers to any event beyond 567j's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or regulatory changes.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 567j website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing the 567j platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and that person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

567j reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Players must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 567j platform, in accordance with Philippine gambling laws. 567j reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

567j operates under Philippine jurisdiction and is intended for use by individuals located within the Philippines. Access from prohibited jurisdictions — including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and any other country where online gambling is prohibited — is strictly forbidden.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 567j account at any time. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any reason — including to circumvent self-exclusion, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade account restrictions — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. All accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, and any balances therein may be forfeited.

3.4 Personal Use Only

567j accounts are for the exclusive personal use of the registered account holder. Sharing account credentials, allowing third parties to access your account, or operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited. 567j is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access arising from a Player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

3.5 Excluded Persons

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 567j, its affiliated companies, and its licensed game providers are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions unless expressly permitted in writing by 567j's compliance team.

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create a 567j account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Registration with false, incomplete, or misleading information is a breach of this Agreement.

4.2 KYC Verification

567j is required under Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA, as amended by RA 10365) and PAGCOR compliance standards to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID
• Passport (Philippine or foreign, where applicable)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

Proof of address may also be required in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three (3) months.

4.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. 567j will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 567j support immediately via the live chat function in your account dashboard.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

567j accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of processing.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. 567j does not charge fees on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which 567j accepts no liability.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 567j account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be met before the associated cash balance is eligible for withdrawal, unless the Player elects to forfeit the bonus prior to withdrawal (in which case any winnings derived from bonus play will be removed from the withdrawable balance).
• Verified players withdrawing via GCash or Maya should expect funds to arrive within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically process within one (1) to three (3) business hours during banking days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals typically confirm within five (5) minutes, subject to network conditions.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

567j reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 PHP in a single transaction or ₱200,000 PHP within a thirty-day rolling period. This is in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering reporting obligations.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 567j are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed using bonus funds on certain game categories (including but not limited to live casino, virtual sports, or high-RTP slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Players are entitled to claim each promotional offer once per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion's specific terms expressly provide otherwise. 567j's promotional offers are available to players in the Philippines only and are not available to residents of prohibited jurisdictions.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

567j employs fraud detection tools to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee outcomes (arbitrage), exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play, and any other activity 567j determines in its sole discretion to constitute abuse of its promotional system. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided, their accounts suspended, and any related winnings forfeited.

6.5 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

07 Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Availability

567j offers a range of games including slots, live casino tables, virtual sports, bingo, and Teen Patti 20-20, provided by certified third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, JILI Games, Microgaming, and NetEnt. The availability of specific games may vary due to licensing restrictions, scheduled maintenance, or the decisions of individual game providers. 567j accepts no liability for the unavailability of any specific game title.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules published for each game or sports market. In the case of sports betting, 567j follows industry-standard settlement rules for all markets. Results published by 567j following settlement are final. Players who believe a settlement error has occurred must submit a dispute via the account support dashboard within seventy-two (72) hours of the affected result being posted.

7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software malfunction occurring during a game round, 567j will use available server-side data logs to determine the correct outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the relevant wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a system error or software malfunction are not payable and will be voided.

7.4 Maximum Win Limits

567j applies maximum single-session win limits on specific game categories. These limits are published within each game's information panel. Winnings exceeding applicable maximum win limits will be reduced to the stated cap and are not subject to further escalation or dispute.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 567j platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of terrorism, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines as amended.
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game type, including live dealer tables and bingo rooms.
• Exploiting known or suspected software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a technical error must report it to support immediately and must not intentionally exploit it.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit disputes with payment providers after funds have been used on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 567j staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 567j platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 567j or its licensed partners and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws (Republic Act No. 8293, the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 567j platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any 567j content without prior written authorisation.
• Using 567j trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any commercial context.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting content from the 567j platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any 567j software.

Any unauthorised use of 567j intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data

567j collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). By registering a 567j account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your account, subject to 567j's legal obligations to retain certain records under PAGCOR regulations and AMLA compliance requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 567j's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

567j shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated earnings.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet service interruptions, device failures, or network outages beyond 567j's direct control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with the security requirements outlined in this Agreement.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, typhoons, government-ordered closures, or regulatory actions.

Nothing in this section limits 567j's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

12 Responsible Gaming

567j is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player community. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after playing for a specified duration to encourage regular breaks.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by 567j

567j reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR, or any conduct 567j deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

13.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by 567j — any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to applicable AML checks and pending withdrawal verification requirements.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account may do so at any time by contacting 567j support via the live chat function in their account dashboard. Voluntary closures requested for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed as permanent exclusions and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

14 Amendments to These Terms

567j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the 567j platform that cannot be resolved through 567j's internal support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Players are encouraged to resolve disputes in the first instance by contacting 567j's support team via the live chat function in their account dashboard. Where a dispute relates to the regulatory conduct of 567j, Players may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit a Player's rights under mandatory Philippine consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
